Nice quiet country setting. Owner is very friendly. Campground has 4 pads 2 pads are hard gravel and look level with full hook up in 50 amp. If you're looking for frills keep going but if you want country, cows and peaceful this is it. Located about 10 minutes south of Abbeville, Mr. Joe offers weekly and monthly rates at a great deal! We are staying here for a month and other than the mosquito I highly recommend you check it out.

This place is awesome. It is only 4-5 spaces in the middle of this picturesque country setting with trees and cows and birds etc. The owner, Joe, lives nearby and is extremely helpful and nice. Despite being out away from the city there is much to do if you want. If you're interested in the crawfish business, Joe's your guy because that's one of his many specialties. Born and raised here he is a bucketful of great information and stories. And the price is phenomenal. Grocery stores and laundry facilities are less than 8miles away. It's a quiet beautiful spot and I gained many new friends.

Wonderful rural park off the beaten path. Great location to take a few days break and enjoy the local restaurants in Abbeville or explore Palmetto Island State Park. Only 30 miles to Avery Island for the Tobasco factory tour and Jungle Gardens (a 170-acre semitropical garden that stretches along Bayou Petite Anse on Avery Island).
